As Latrovalis continues its international growth, we’re not just looking for people to open new markets—we’re also building the strong backbone that supports them.
We are now hiring Sales Support / Back-Desk Professionals to join our headquarters in Serres, Greece and work closely with our export sales team.
If you enjoy coordination, communication, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes—but also want the chance to travel and grow within an international business—this could be the right role for you.
Your role will include:
• Supporting the export sales team with quotations, contracts, client communication, and documentation
• Assisting with order tracking, logistics coordination, and post-sale follow-up
• Preparing materials for trade shows and customer meetings abroad
• Providing administrative and strategic support for ongoing sales projects
• Occasionally traveling abroad to support the team during key events or customer visits
What we’re looking for:
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• A proactive, team-first mindset
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or export operations is a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed
